Privacy and disclosure

What I collect

When you sign up for the Playbook, I collect your email address and nothing else. I don't ask for your name. I don't use your name in emails. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Why I collect it

To send you the Playbook download link, and to email you Life on Runs updates: new videos, resources and offers. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.

Consent and unsubscribing

You are only added to the list if you request the Playbook and confirm your address by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Every email identifies me as the sender and contains an unsubscribe link. I follow Australia's Spam Act 2003.

Who handles your data

Emails are stored and sent through Kit (kit.com), my email service provider, which may process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. I do not sell or rent your email address. I will not share it except where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with similar rights (for example under GDPR), the same applies, and the legal basis for sending you email is your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. Third-party services that I link to (YouTube, social platforms, Amazon, Kit) have their own privacy policies.

Some links on this site and in my videos are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I use or would point a colleague to. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. I am also an affiliate of ElevenLabs. The Playbook PDF contains no affiliate links.

AI disclosure

The voiceover in my videos is an AI clone of my own voice, and the visuals are AI-generated or AI-assisted. I write and review the content myself. Sam is a fictional character. Videos are labelled as AI-generated on each platform.
